Reminds me of an old kite video I saw recently on Youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=110&v=43exgnruFfc ) from another also musically interested person – here and there it is a contender in the genre “Late autumn(/winter?) psychedelic kite video”. Some kite dipping is also performed there, although less reversibly than in your video.
