I certainly was in the flow so I decided to use most of the leftover (really) pink ripstop to make another rokkaku. A little brother for my Pink Rok’.
The Pink Rok’ is 185cm tall, give or take and the little brother is, hence being a little brother, not quite as tall. We’re talking around 120cm. Another difference between the two rokkakus, except from the size, is the contrasting black hemming of the smaller one.

I’m getting quite good at making rokkakus now, so making one with a one-piece-sail only doesn’t take very long. I started by cutting the sail and all the pieces for the bridle and bowlines yesterday and did the rest of the build today. A complete rokkaku, with a matching bag of course! Pink with a black stripe!

Now all I have to do is wait for a nice combination of wind and daylight and I’m ready to fly this little brother!
