That’s exactly what is going on at Rømø right now.

Farid and Marco are having a great time flying together in offshore, eastern winds. Thankfully, the broad beach allow for flying in quite some distance away from the dunes and that makes for significantly less turbulence. So I guess they stay kind of close to the water!
