Some time ago I found an interesting place to fly using Google maps and you can check out that location in another article here on the AERIALIS Kites website. On the way to that location I spotted another interesting location and that was the one I was planning to fly today.
The winds were favourable for this location and as I walked from the car and got closer to the water I must admit this was starting to look good! There was this little jetty, with a small beach at its southern end, going out into the water. The wind was coming in reasonably undisturbed, at least when I got that Power Sled way up there.
Soon I had everything rigged for yet another KAP session, hit the ‘record’ button to start capturing and let out the flying line. Soon the camera was up there doing its job and here’s a quick compilation of the day at the new location!
