April 13th 2024 is the set date for the 2024 WorldWide Virtual Windless Kite Festival! An online event for windless flying! Outdoor, indoor, one, two or more lines, it doesn’t matter if the wind is absent and you fly your kite/s!

I’ve been participating in this event for the last three years and now I can attend one more time!

“…Part of what has made this an amazing event is all of you. All of you from around the world that have supported the museum and grown windless flying around the world.
So I’m very happy to announce that we are going to continue the Virtual Windless Kite Festival as well as going back in person.

The Virtual Festival will be held on April 13 2024!

So get out … or in … there, bring your no-wind kites and a camera, FLY and record it on video and after some slight editing you’re good to go! That means submit your video to the organizers and it will be shown together with a bunch of other windless flying videos on April 13th!
