You have a choice! You can pick up your pencil and start drawing out the negatives, which surely are gonna be there. …or… you can focus on the positive things which also surely will be there.
There is this old saying… “You reap what you sow” and I find quite a lot of truth in this saying. So my choice is to focus on the positive things because I believe that this approach will make it possible to reap more positives and – you know – have a slightly better life! ?
…and here’s a challenge for you. Every day, just before you go to bed, think through the day and find at least one good thing that happened to you, your family, your friends, your colleagues or someone else that you might know. I’m sure it will do you good!
