I left the house in the early afternoon to go fly some kites. The wind was close to perfect, 3 to 4 m/sec coming in from the sea. It was mostly cloudy up there with a slight chance of rain and not more than 17 degrees. So I figured I’d have the beach pretty much to myself.
At the parking there were not many other cars there so I was pretty certain there would be plenty of space on the sandy beach. And I was right. When I got to the beach, I saw four persons at the far end of the beach and the rest of it was for me and my kites! 👌
By the time I had my Yellow 2 x Vented Quad ready to fly, most of the clouds had drifted away, and the temperature tipped +20°C. Summer, at least, if not quite endless! 😉
And with a super smooth onshore breeze I could do almost anything with that brilliant self made quad kite! 🤩
