To cut a long story short…. When driving to my destined flying spot on Thursday, I found the road leading to it was private property so I couldn’t go. Crap!

Well, I checked the weather forecast and found that early Friday morning could bring perfect conditions, sunny, warm and a nice breeze clocking in at about 5 meters per second! Why not get up early and catch the morning breeze with a Rokkaku and do some kite aerial videography before work?!

And so I did. I set a few alarms to go off at about six o’clock in the morning and after a quick cup of coffee I found myself on the beach at about 7:30.

I had the beach all to my self and it didn’t take long until I had a large Rokkaku stapled to the sky. I got the KAP rig in place and soon it was way op there shooting footage.
