Hi!
On top of this article is a warning that says “This post is created with the help of AI.” You also explained labelling articles in your other post – but I have a question … What in this post was created with “help” of some generative statistical software / text and image extrusion tool? The text is a bit short for the need of such tools, and the kite aerial photos are probably real …?
Regards,
Saša
Now, that’s a really good question!
I agree with you that the current information might be a bit too generic and that I should work on bringing about a little more details like you are saying.
It shouldn’t be too difficult to implement.
Thanks for your thoughts!
…and by the way, in this post it’s the text only that has been written with a little bit of help by AI, the photos are the REAL STUFF! 👌
Yeah, cool! … This means that the “AI” label here is not necessary.
Article 50(2) of the EU “AI” Act says – regarding required labelling of “AI” content – that “(…)This obligation shall not apply to the extent the AI systems perform an assistive function for standard editing or do not substantially alter the input data (…)”.
As explained in the Guidelines, this means that you don’t have to put “AI” label for minor editing of photos or video (“Formatting, format conversions, technical compression, noise reduction or removal for enhanced clarity without changing the meaning or the substance of the content; minor cropping, minor colour adjustments or corrections, lightening or darkening, sharpening
for enhanced clarity or other standard editing and technical corrections”), or for using spell checkers, grammar polishers, or “AI” assisted translation (“Grammar correction and spellchecking, linguistic and minor stylistic polishing that do not change the substance, meaning, style or messaging of text, AI-generated translations of text”)

Thank you for your information.
I´ve been doing some more “investigation” on the topic and added an update to the post “What AERIALIS Kites is Doing to Meet EU Regulations” regarding the level of details required for a site like the AERIALIS Kites website.
I´ve also modified the text to “This article was written with AI assistance and edited/approved by the editor”. I think everything should be sufficient now.
