Yeah, its autumn, fall, or whatever you wanna call it. The days get shorter, the leaves change from green to golden and the winds are colder!

Yesterday the winds were on the (very) low side, but according to the weather forecast, it should pick up in the afternoon. For once (?) the forecast was spot on so at about five o’clock PM, I grabbed the bag and hit the beach.

Brrrrrr!!! It was a really cold wind coming in from the sea, but smooooth as a baby’s bum! What else to do but fly! …and Move That Body!
