Behind the Scenes of Making the “Pink Rok’s First Flight” Video

I don’t know if you care at all, but I certainly love to take you behind the scenes of my kite passion. So … Here we go!

Last weekend the conditions were just about perfect for the Pink Rok’s very first flight. You know, the sun shining down from a clear, blue sky and a light breeze coming in from the water.

This brand new Pink Rok’ of mine is a quite tall Rokkaku, 185cm, give or take. The size means a large sail area so we’re talking about a light wind kite here. And what’s better then than light winds clocking in at about 2 meters per second (4.5mph).

I was really exited to see how my new build would fly and I was not let down. Just you check out the video down below!
