However, in the week leading up to the weekend and the Blokhus Wind Festival is another story. From Monday, June 2nd, when the first kite flyers start to gather, until Friday, June 6th, we can choose between two different flying locations, Blokhus Beach or Saltum Beach.

We will decide on a day-to-day basis where to fly based on the current wind and weather conditions. The beach of Saltum is quite a bit ‘deeper’ (distance from the water to the dunes) than the beach of Blokhus, thus giving Saltum Beach a slight advantage

So…. If you wanna fly with us in the days leading up to the weekend, where exactly are we flying on any given day?

Starting on Tuesday, June 3rd, anytime you browse the AERIALIS Kites website, a pop-up window will appear stating which beach we will fly at each day throughout the week. Not to worry, this pop-up window will only display three times a day, so if you continue to browse the website, that (somewhat annoying) pop-up won´t bother you much.
