About a year I go I fell for the hype (and the discount) and bought myself a Hover Air X1 kind of a drone/flying selfie camera combination. After having read a bunch of reviews and watched tons of videos I thought it could be a nice addition to my toolbox for creating even better and more dynamic (kite) videos.
…and I immediately fell in love with that little gadget! It’s incredibly easy to use, has no need for a remote controller, weighs in at a mere 125 grams, and packs away small enough to be stuffed in my pocket. It sets up in less than a minute ready to fly and shoot video (or still images). What more could you ask for? Well, a couple of things I might say, but not to worry. The footage it delivers is more than sufficient for my content creation!
With a little bit of trial and error to gain experience I can now easily use the Hover Air X1 for shooting cool – at last in my opinion – kite flying footage and put it all together in videos for you. I think the footage from this – let’s call it a drone – add so much more dynamic to my kite videos improving their overall quality.
I don’t know about you, but I hope you agree!
So here we go with another video shot using my little Hover Air X1 only!
