The weather forecast didn’t look promising. Heavy rain in the morning and most of the day and then turning into sleet in the evening. But it didn’t quite work out that way.
Heavy rain in the morning, yes, but within an hour or so it turned into sleet and then snow, heavy snow! Soon the ground turned white and we had a real blizzard going. Not exactly what I wanted on a mid-March Saturday!
When the Nordick Kite Meeting 2024 officially kicks off – on May 14th – this popup will display where the AERIALIS Kites and Friends will be flying throughout the week.
Depending on the wind- and weather conditions, we will fly either at Blokhus Beach or Saltum Beach (a few kilometers to the north of Blokhus) whereever we will find the best overall conditions.
