March in Norway is usually an interesting month when it comes to the weather. We can have everything from Siberian cold and blizzards to warm and balmy days. …and, off course, everything between.
Today was something about in the middle. The mercury climbing to +5°C – give or take – mostly overcast but a crack in the cloud layers southward towards the horizon allowing for some golden sunshine to peek through. Nice!
The wind was on the stronger end of the scale making a full vented kite the most appropriate selection for today’s flying at a local yacht club. Yes, it’s open for the public and today I had the place all for my self! ?
I’ve been flying here once before. Actually it’s almost two years ago by now. It was in late April and quite a bit warmer than today, but this time the flying was great. Not quite like last time as my choice of kite definetly could have been better. ?
Today however… ?
