In December 2019 I wrote another post about AoxomoxoA. I tried to come up with a definition (other than the name of that Grateful Dead album).
AoxomoxoA is a kind of that Zen feeling you get when ….yeah… everything falls into place, when you’re kind of connect with the elements and disconnect from everything else. You kind of become one with your kite.
There are more ‘definitions’ in that previous post of mine, and one thing is for certain. If you’re in for capturing the AoxomoxoA feeling on film, you’re definitely in for a challenge.
Yesterday, however, I think I got pretty close. I was out there on the edge of the beach in the evening. The sun was slowly sinking towards the horizon. The wind was dropping and made for smooth light wind flying; more guiding of the kite rather than flying it at times. The setting of the sun also makes wonders to the light. From being nice and bright it turns into a golden flare and it’s actually quite soothing for the soul.
…and the birds…! The air was full of bird sounds adding the final touch of greatness to the occasion.
Luckily I managed to capture it all on film!
