Thursday was the record day. Never ever before have we logged temperature over +30°C in September in Norway. That was until Thursday where the mercury stopped at +30,6°C! Now that is HOT … and also quite a bit scary if you ask me…
However, yesterday was warm too, albeit not as hot as Thursday. A more pleasant +27°C and slowly dropping in the afternoon combined with a smooth breeze from the east made flying in September just like flying in the midst of summer!
It was once again pretty much perfect conditions for the Zaephay and soon I had it dancing in the air. As I flew the kite slowly and just a handful of centimeters off the surface of the water, it created a flawless mirrored image of itself in the water. Smoooth flying indeed.
…and of course brought a couple of cameras! 👌
