There wasn’t a kite festival in miles, but the weather far too good not to fly, so I threw my KAP gear and a couple of Rokkakus into my car and headed for the beach. A really nice autumn day with temperatures around +13°C and partly cloudy made more people than me spend the day outside. I was the only one flying kites though!
Anyway…. First I set the the Rok up and had it flying about fifteen meters up above. Then I hooked the KAP-rig onto the line, mounted the GoPro camera and connected it to my mobile phone. Ready to fly!
My plan was to walk up and down on the beach. A beach where I do quite a bit of flying and quite a bit of filming. Today I wanted to give you a glimpse of this beach and the surrounding fields and fjord from up above. And I think I got it right!
Here’s a quick video of the great hours on the beach fiddling with KAP and celebrating OSOW!
