But when I got there and had it all assembled, nope, no way this kite would fly in the current wind. So I had to go for another one. And the next kite out of the bag was the triple vented green quad, but that one didn’t fly either.

So yet another dive into the kite bag and I came up with the double vented yellow one. But what happened to the wind? The surroundings looked windy, but the winds were too light even for the double vented.

All right then…. The A-Quad Standard for God’s sake! And yes, maybe just a tad too much for that one, but what the heck. Now I was keen to get going so let’s get that kite up into the air!
