For obvious reasons, this plan has been cancelled. There will be no wee hours flying on the Blokhus Beach that day. There will be no Nordic Kite Meeting on that beach in May 2020. There will be no Blokhus/Løkken Wind festival at the weekend. Unfortunately.

However, the memories from previous gatherings remain and even grow stronger with this year’s cancellations.

And adding to the heaps of memories I have put together a little video shot at dawn on June 4th 2019, last year when Anders and myself had a couple of wonderful hours on the beach flying ultralights. Anders by the way, trying out his A-Quad UL prototype in close to perfect conditions.

If he was happy with the kite? Judging from his grin, he was!
