Wednesday, Thursday and Friday were windy, really, really windy! But with a three-pack of brand new A-Quad Storms (and a hand full of Hardcore ones) we definitely were up to the task no matter how high the winds. We’re covered! And the temperatures were hovering around +12 to14C so the wind chill factor was significant.
But the weather forecast for the weekend looked promising. The wind would calm down quite a bit and the temperatures would rise into the 20ies. So when we woke up on that Saturday morning and walked outside on the terrace we could immediately feel the change. The air was warm and at our summerhouse nested down sheltered from tall spruce and pines there was no wind at all.
No worries though, we are also equipped with A-Quad Ghosts for those (really) light wind days and probably we would have this nice onshore draft down on the beach.
So after having stuffed all the kites and gear into the cars, we headed off down towards the beautiful Blokhus Beach and this is what it looked like!
