Yesterday I was in Gothenburg to pick up a trailer load of furniture and a heap of other stuff for my son and his girlfriend taking it to their flat in Oslo. I also dropped by Anders and picked up a couple of kites from him. One of these kites happened to be a black and yellow team SUL kite for me! 🤩
Before I went to bed I checked the weather forecast and wow! Perfect conditions for that new SUL kite of mine!
So after breakfast I drove to Fuglevik Marina to fly the new kite on the beach exposed to the light draft of a breeze coming in from the water. Despite being sunny, it was kind of chilly out there so autumn is definitely coming closer. 🍁
But back to the kite…. It looks so sharp in black with crispy yellow contrasts!
According to Anders, the kite probably flies the best on 30 to 35 meters lines, but I opted for a quite short pair of lines, 30kg and 20 meters only. I wanted to have the kite up close for filming.
So with the wind on my back and the kite out there about 20 meters away from me, the fun could begin! 🤩

Hope you love it
Yes! ♥️♥️♥️
Dropping below 1 m/sec involves a lot of moving on the ground and makes team flying almost impossible, but from 1 and upwards my impression is that this will be a great kite for team flying in (really) light wind conditions
…and I did a couple of ‘Helicopters’ too! 👌
