With both the KAP equipment and a few REVs in the bag I was ready for an hour or two on the beach before the forecasted storm. The conditions were decent despite the wind coming from the shore.
I rigged the KAP kite and picavet, attached the camera rig and up it went!

Unfortunately the wind – even high up – was kind of bumpy, so the video came out pretty unfocused and fuzzy. However, I was able to “squeeze” out a few pictures ending up not too bad.

It seems that I need to work on getting the KAP rig more stable in bumpy wind conditions. I have a few ideas so the project will go on.
