Unfortunately, not me not Anders could make it to the Rømø Kite Festival this year. But Farid and Marco did! They both arrived on Monday (I think) and they update us on a pretty regular basis on what’s going on on the beach.
And based on their updates, it seems like they’re having a blast! …despite an occasional thunderstorm or two!
The weather so far has been …summerish with a few showers but for the final days and the big festival weekend, the weather forecast looks absolutely amazing!
The summer is definitely returning for the remaining festival days and I’m pretty sure they both will arrive back home with a tan!
…and after a week of offshore winds at this year’s NKM, the will adapt to those warm eastern winds too!
Here’s a quick glimpse of Farid and Marco flying a pairs routine I’m reasonably sure they composed pretty much by just flying into it. And it sure looks sweet!
