The only thing I knew about this kite was that it was a Single Lined Kite, an SLK. So I put a few loop winders into my rucksac together with a few cameras, a tripod and a wind meter and I was ready to fly, hoping the kite was too!
Was it complete or was anything missing? What type of kite could it be? Was it factory made or did my friend make it himself? What colour would the kite be? (It came sitting inside this orage sleeve, so I suspected orange in any kind of form.) Had I brought with me the flying line that the kite would require?
