He has – in between other kite building projects – found some time to work on the A-Quad bridle. (No worries Anders, no secrets will be revealed! ?)
After I published this post, Anders started fiddling with the bridle for the A-Quads. And after some time, he came up with a bridle that should work even better than the previous one. The best of it all is that it’s very easy to modify. All you have to do is to add an activator leg!
This will – according to Anders – improve the kite’s feel and even flying characteristics. And judging from the video below, it surely looks like he’s on to something!
He has let me in on the secrets, so later today my plan is to implement the activator on my A-Quad Hardcore. But first I’m going to fly it with its original bridle before I install the activator to really feel any difference in feel and flight.
Activators are cut and ready to be installed!

And…..? Did you feel it?
Sorry Anders, not enough wind to get some decent flying out of the Hardcore so I did some kite aerial videography and some other stuff instead.
