Actually the wind had died down, but I decided to give it a go anyway. That was a good decision because when I got to the beach there was still a slight offshore draft. The sun was just about to set and Mother Earth showed herself from her best side.

I picked the Zaephay out of the bag, assembled it and after sorting out a little ‘birds nest’ from my flying lines, I was literally ready to fly!

I had some magical moments on the beach while the sun slowly sank below the horizon painting everything with gold on its way. An incredible smooth offshore draft was more than enough to keep my Zaephay dancing in the air. A pure AoxomoxoA moment!
