Fresh back home from the DQC and packed with inspiration. The weather, however, was miserable. Rain bucketing down didn’t make me feel like flying, rather making videos and writing blog posts from the weekend.
During the day the weather improved. The rain ceased and slowly but surely the wind blew away the clouds making a beautiful sunset.
I looked out of the window and discovered the wind blowing straight down my street. Hmmmm…. Street flying!?
Yes! I grabbed a kite and the 10m line set and hit the tarmac. I found the wind to be unreliable (to say the least) but just enough to shoot a handful of photos. Like the ones below…
