The dark clouds had also come significantly closer and brought along the wind. It became a bit too much for light wind kites, but then it’s just a matter of adjusting. The choice now fell on an A-Quad Hardcore, a masterpiece of a kite developed by Anders Matson. The wind was probably in the lower range of the kite’s wind window, but that just means a bit more effort from the pilot to compensate for any slight lack of wind. And the Hardcore handles it!
When you fly the Hardcore in the lower part of its wind range, the axles become super flat and graceful. You can perform them slowly and smoothly or you can whip them around at high speed. The choice is yours.
