So that’s exactly what I did after work today, in addition to a handful of domestic duties.
I put the coffee on, tuned in to some great music on Spotify and got my kite making gear onto the kitchen table. Ready to build!
Today my plan was to make a really down scaled Rokkaku out of a piece of scrap ripstop I had layin’ around. Yes, I know this small Rokkaku, about 50 X 40cm, might not be the most stable flyer, but hey, if I’m doing this properly and fit it with a tail, I think I should be good.
It’s also the last Rok’ I’ll make before I take on the “How to build yourself a Rokkaku” video. I think I know exactly how to do that now! ??
It didn’t take long before the kite was completed, you know, with a frame, the bowlines and a bridle, ready to fly actually. But that have to wait for some time, because when I was done, it was pitch black outside!
